bundes.app guides every document through a clear, traceable process. The AI handles the initial capture, the decision stays with a person.
AI extraction
A vision-capable language model reads the fields defined in the form template, locally or on EU infrastructure.
Confidence and validation
Every field receives a confidence score. Fields with low certainty or failed validation are highlighted in colour.
Address check
Extracted addresses are matched against an official directory of German streets and postal codes. Unambiguous errors, such as a wrong town for a postal code or a misspelled street, are corrected automatically; ambiguous cases are highlighted for review. The check runs locally, with no third-party request.
Review and approve
A caseworker checks the extracted values, corrects them where needed and approves the record. There is no purely automated decision. Optional acceptance rules per form template block approval until validation, confidence and the address check are satisfied; every justified override is logged.
Export
Reviewed records can be exported individually or in bulk as CSV or JSON and handed over to downstream systems.
Every step is logged.
Uploading, reviewing, approving, exporting and deleting are documented without gaps, so processing remains traceable at all times.
